I built a ProductionExe using 6.1.6.migrate on an Opteron 1.8 desktop under SL4 (wheat)
I ran it under SL5 on an Opteron 1.8 (SL 5.3 rack mount: g9n39) and an Athlon64 2.0 (SL 5.2 desktop: mullion). The results were the same. lily is also a SL4 machine
All of these were processed into STNtuples under 6.1.6 on SL4, and then had the selected histograms extracted using 6.1.6 on SL4. The comparison was
compare_stn_hist("output.616m_4m_5_mul.root","output.616m_4m_5_g9.root",-1);
I ran it on the same machine I created it on (SL4 Opteron 1.8) and found differences:
compare_stn_hist("output.616m_4m_5_mul.root","output.616m_4m_4.root",-1);
I need to run the comparator on 6.1.4, since the above comparison under 6.1.6 shows nothing with probabilities as low as .0000000001
