Removing the contents of Level3 directory did not cause compilations to fail for LevelMods, Level3Objects, Level3Filters, Level3Control, or BottomMods (which references Level3Objects).
I addpkg'd them all, but then removed everything (including the makefile) except directories in Level3. The gmake nobin complained about the lack of various steps in Level3, but nothing else seemed to be a problem. A BFI search for includes for Level3 showed nothing.
