There are some differences between my processing of the large file and the many small files. Most are in SVX, but the CES #14 and #15 show some dramatic differences. Most plots that are flagged as different look identical to the naked eye.
This needs to be understood. At a guess, the problem comes with initialization. The production job running on individual files is working with one data run per run, while the job running on the large file was running on about 10 runs.
