Severe problems with readout; timeouts? Transfer line problems.

I increased the delay and linked a debug DAQ, but found no smoking guns and the XFER still has problems. Everywhere you see a "6" there was a failure.

The 48V power was cycled, and the LV restarted, and the terminal servers rebooted, and the DAQ reset, but the Transfer reads are still problematic. Note that the missing MABs are not the same from event to event, and not even consistent within the same event!
