Something very strange and unpleasant: DCOPS_NEW_DCOPS has only one entry since 1200000000, and that is for DLC 338 (ME-4). This is found using sqlplus using
export TNS_ADMIN=/nfshome0/vorobiev/sqlOther tables seem to be updated OK, but this doesn't seem to have last night's entries, though it has the entry I put in during last week's tests.
Must test this tonight with full instrumentation.

Another problem noticed: RUNONCE seems to go into RUN?
And another problem: a bug in NewProfile estimating that shows up when there are two peaks. Fixed that one.
Cleaned up printout stuff in code. Checked that thumbnails are in fact served on demand. Still have problem with RUNONCE. 22:16

Phoenix failed during a reset (restarted, but why did RESET cause a child to fail?). Tested RUNONCE fix in situ, works.
RESET issued from STANDBY state works.
