
Found a major sign flip in the SDF file. Reprocessing. Ignore the below material.
The transfer-line only fit can measure the radial and tangent
positions of the DCOPS, and therefore the transfer plates to which
they are attached. In the SLM coordinate system these are the X and
Z coordinates respectively. The disks are allowed to move, so there
may be a component varying the fit positions.
Notice that the variation in the radial fit position is larger than
the variation in the radial photogrammetry position, and that the RMS of
their difference is the size of the quadrature combination of the
RMS of the individual positions. In plotting the abs of the radial positions
I omit the two transfer plates along line 5 that are at substantially different
positions from the rest (by design).
