ME-1/TP6 Transfer DCOPS has official name specifying IN, but the diagrams I have say it is an OUT orientation.

ME-3/TP2 Transfer DCOPS has official name specifying OUT, but the diagrams disagree. The ME-3 layout says OUT, so I will adjust Dave's numbers to use the other dowel pin location.

The corrected transfer lines give fairly stable results when I switch from ideal geometry to DCOPS-corrected geometry: rms is .15mm. However, when I add the Transfer Plate calibrations the fit goes insane. The first two columns of dX and dY are for uncalibrated (ideal) geometry. The second two use the DCOPS calibration. The third (right) two include transfer plate position calibrations. Not good.
