
With better fits for the 0T data for last June, I look at the residuals for the hand fits. This looks encouraging.
The Horizontal offsets (in the +RPhi direction) vs station suggest that there is a relative rotation of YE+3 with respect to YE-3 in this configuration. You can see that the YE+2 and YE-2 stations each are internally consistent with a tilt of the transfer line. This would be a rather large difference in Rz: roughly 1.6mrad. The PG document (UR-0140) suggests that YE+3 has only .36 and YE-3 only -.44, for a total of only .80mrad or half what I estimate.
