Muon Slides 13-March-2002

We have cut over to using the new BMU_StubFinder instead of the IMUStubFinder module.
On request, I changed the behavior of the Imu simulation to only append MuonHitColl objects to the event if the user so requests. This uses the standard MuonConfiguration object, so requesting any gets all.
I am holding off on work on the scintillator stubs until we reach some agreement on what they are and mean.
