I've been working mostly on SVT, qv.
But there turned out to be a problem with scintillator hit storage in MuonMods/BMUD_StubModule.cc. The scintillator hits appeared to be stored correctly if you looked at the objects during the same job as the stubs were created, but if you read back the files written out the scintillator hits were missing, and you got crashes if you tried to access them.
The number of associated scintillator hits was correct, and since that is what most people are interested in, the problem is not catastrophic. Nevertheless I revised the code so that scintillator hits are actually written out correctly now.
