Bob assembled a list of events in which he found Z-candidates. I looked at the ones where I didn't find an appropriate stub, and found that most of them came from 2-hit stublets without a BSU scintillator hit in time. I also found several bugs in the IMU_2Hit code. These were fixed and the algorithm simplified. In addition I instrumented the BMU_DtoE code to allow the user to decide whether or not to throw out all hits beyond the first 4 in a cell (it doesn't actually make much difference in picking up Bob's candidates: 1/2 percent or so). I also added a parameter to the stub-finding to govern whether a neighboring BSU hit is acceptable.
