"The game of badminton is deceptive. The basic techniques are easy
to learn and the equipment is easy to handle, providing immediate
enjoyment. As experience is gained, however, badminton becomes a
mentally and physically stimulating sport where dexterity, agility
and stamina are much more important than size and power. Badminton
can be intensely competitive, or simply a vigorous lifetime sport."
