An automated test bench has been developed for the shapers of the ATLAS liquid Argon calorimeter and their associated analog memory (SCA) integrated circuits. For the shaper,the measurement set-up is based on Labview software and the testing printed circuit board has a GPIB bus interface.The SCA test set-up uses a specifique bus. The testing program communicates with a four axis table-top mounted robot, which handles carefully the QFP100 packaged circuits during pick-up and sorting steps. This test bench has 528 chips capacity and the production to be tested is in order of 70 000 for each circuit.
