LoopFest VIII 


which will take place at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. 


May 7-9, 2009


The format will be three days of plenary talks held at the Monona Terrace in downtown Madison. The conference will be followed by the annual Pheno 09 Symposium on May 11-13.

The LoopFest series of workshops aims to provide a forum to coordinate activities focused on the theoretical challenges from the LHC and from the ultra-high experimental precision of a future ILC. LoopFest VIII is sponsored by Brookhaven National Laboratory and the University of Wisconsin.


LoopFest VIII - Topics 

In order to participate in LoopFest VIII, please register at the conference web site. The registration fee of $50 can be payed on-line with any major credit card except for Eurocard and American Express.

If you would like to give a presentation, please send an email to one of the organizers.

A block of rooms at the preferred rate of $124 (+13.5% tax) has been made available at the Concourse Hotel in downtown Madison, a short walk from the conference venue. This rate is available until April 10, 2009; mention "LoopFest" to receive this rate. Reservations can be made by calling 800-356-8293 from within the United States and 608-257-6000 from outside the US.
