The proceedings of DIS 2005 workshop will be printed and distributed to all participants.

The proceedings have been submitted to the publisher.

Preparation of the proceedings should follow these instructions.

Upload proceedings as a pdf (preferred) or postscript file ONLY to the agenda page of the appropriate session using the same procedures/password as for slides, labelled as "proceedings".

All authors need to fill out the copyright form.
