Snowmass, Colorado USA, 20 - 24 September 1999 Organised by the University of Wisconsin - Madison, on behalf of the CERN LHCC Electronics Board Call for Papers The purpose of the workshop is to review the electronics for LHC experiments and to identify areas and encourage common efforts for the development of electronics within and between the different LHC experiments and to promote cross fertilisation in the engineering and physics communities involved in the LHC activities. The programme of the workshop will include both invited plenary talks and parallel working groups for contributed papers. The focus of the workshop will be research and recent development in the following topics:
Abstracts and summaries will be made available at the time of the workshop: these will include papers which cannot be granted an oral presentation because of time constraints but which, in the view of the programme committee, are of interest to the community.
